Our facility features live interactions, sophisticated lighting and automation systems, and cutting-edge escape room technology to create unforgettable guest experiences.
Schedule
We are specifically looking for someone with consistent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability. This is a weekend-focused position. Occasional weekday shifts may become available but are not guaranteed.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage guest experiences from check-in to completion for groups of up to 20 people
- Deliver engaging guest interactions to enhance game immersion through storytelling and roleplay
- Facilitate all aspects of game operations including waiver processing, rules briefing, and monitoring gameplay
- Provide strategic hints and assistance to enhance player experience
- Conduct post-game debriefings and answer guest questions
- Maintain game reset procedures and facility cleanliness
- Participate in general facility upkeep during downtime
Required Qualifications
- Consistent Friday, Saturday, and Sunday availability
- Extensive personal experience with escape rooms (multiple rooms completed)
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to engage with diverse groups and age ranges
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with public speaking
- Physical ability to safely work on ladders
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales, marketing, or customer service background
- Experience in entertainment or hospitality industry
- Gaming or puzzle-solving background
Working Conditions
- Weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

Ideal Candidate Profile
The perfect candidate for this position is a passionate escape room enthusiast with extensive first-hand experience in multiple escape rooms. Having played at least one of Prototype Escape Games’ rooms is preferred. They should be naturally outgoing with exceptional conversational abilities and a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
